The focus of Taking Education to Work is to place students, teachers and counselors in job shadowing opportunities with business partners so that they may experience the corporation's orientation process, work environment and requirements, therefore improving their workplace readiness. A key benefit for our business partners in the student and teacher/counselor shadowing program is the opportunity to impact the communication and educational process by providing industry-specific application and challenges to the participants on the job.
